Friction III (The story of the Earth and man)
Third in a series of books united by interleaving their pages and cropping the joined forms with a guillotine. At the time of its creation, this series was an exploration of the book as an analog for the body, using these forms to evoke the relationships that take place between two bodies. My interest in the book form has since refocused to its physical and digital translations and how the dynamic between the two can change our interaction with the information contained within.
